C² Consulting is an operations and AI automation consultancy based in Ojai, California. The name C² stands for Clarity and Continuity — the two things most growing businesses are missing. Clarity about what is actually happening in the business (what the numbers say, where the bottlenecks are, what is working). Continuity in operations — consistent follow-up, consistent service delivery, consistent results — that does not depend on any one person being in the room.
